The team also specializes in the formulation of, viable business plans and feasibility studies derived from independent data, in India and offshore jurisdictions.

The expert finance team has years of experience coupled with the business acumen in corporate structuring and advising on and arranging innovative finance solutions.

Most of the Division services detailed above are also offered to select clients through the subsidiary Bankshare™, which builds and fosters relationships with world financial institutions by creating innovative ways of raising capital, opening doors to new markets and introducing expertise to develop new products and enhance the existing Division.

FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT FUNDING - We fund against financial instruments such as a ( LETTER OF CREDIT, LOC) , ( STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT, SBLC) , ( BANK GUARANTEE, BG), ( SAFE KEEPING RECEIPTS, SKR) ( CASH DEPOSITS RECEIPTS, CD), ( FIXED DEPOSIT RECEIPTS, FDR ),  mutual funds, stocks, tax credits, bonds, treasury strips, etc.
